I migrated some users from Unity 8.. to Unity Connection 8.6
When I migrated an interview handler from Unity that someone else had setup it did not work in Unity Connection. When I looked at the interview handler in both systems I did not see the phone that was suppose to be assigned to the interview handler. The extension field was blank.
What i did find in the old Unity system was a Call Routing Forwarded Call Rule. This setting eveidently does not get migrated to Unity Connection using Cobras.
In Uniyt Connection I added the phone number to the extension field and save it. It still would not answer. I would get tthe Unity Connection System prompt.
I had to recreate the Call Routing Forwarded Call Rule in Unity Connection to make this work.
Why does the extension field not get reconzied when a call is passed to Unity Connection for that phone number?
