transfer from AA (CUE 8.5) to SCCP phone fails

Hello,

I've got CUE 8.5 (SM-SRE-700) with CME 8.5. I use SIP trunk to dial into AA application on the module. I also use SIP trunk from ITSP both to receive and place calls to PSTN. The problem is when i dial into AA application from PSTN (that is SIP trunk from ITSP) , the AA fails to transfer me to needed extension(SCCP phone). When dial into AA application using SCCP phone then transfer works fine, so, i guess there's smth wrong with configuration of SIP trunk to ITSP.

If anyone could help me with it, i would be really grateful.

Hi Orkhan,

Did you tried to enable the option "MTP is required" into the SIP Trunk configuration?

The problem seems to be solved now. I needed to add this command

no supplementary-service sip refer
