Cisco Video Jabber Client will not send video/audio

I have  a windows 7 laptop that will not transmit audio/video using the Cisco Jabber Video client.  When connecting to other Cisco Jabber Clients the laptop shows video for about 3-5 seconds then stops, the far end does not receive any video/audio only the no video/audio message.  Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

What's your laptop model? Any other video applications were running at the same time?

It's an HP and I think we figured it out - youCAM was also running.  Thanks.
