My users are prompted to change the voicemail pin.
How can I diable that so that my users do not have to change the voicemail pin ?

To handle this system-wide, you would need to adjust the Account Policy / Phone Password Restrictions settings. You can enable/disable settings there such as "Password never expires" and related items such as "Days until password expires". Alternatively, you can set individual subscribers (on a per-subscriber basis or bulk update to all users) to set the phone password/PIN to not expire.
