As anyone had any issues with this?  We typically run a 64 HEX key wpa/wp2, but the cius did not want to connect and only until I dumbed down the key to a shorter alpha/numeric did it want to work.  Typically I chock this up to a crappy client, but a Cisco device... forget about it........... 

BTW, we're just evaling the unit, but there's gotta be an easy way to pre-deploy these.. typing in any key manually on a lot of touch screens has to be about the most painful thing there is..

When you say HEX key is it a true HEX key only using A-F and 0-9 for values?

As for the deployment, this might be kind of a busy process but you could have an open network that the device first connects to as a staging network, have it get a barcode scanner app and you can create a QR code with the wireless parameters in it that android knows how to process to setup the network.
