Hi Guys, I have migrated a client from CUCM System ver. 6.1.4.1190-3 (Non-AD)
T CUCM with AD Integration System ver. 8.6.2.2
Also, they went From Unity ver 5.0(1.0) to Unity Connection Ver 8.6.2.2
They do have (three) of what used to be called Pilot Points in the 6.1.4.1190-3 version.
So there is a lead number IE 69xx from a call handler and then below in the configuration there is Hunt Group Member Information. Here you add the Line on the Users Phone you what the call to hit. The Call Route can be set to Longest Idle, Circular Hunting, and Broadcast Hunting.
(So my question is) I want to setup something similar in the new CUCM 8.6x but the Pilot Points to not exist in this new version.
So what would you use in CUCM 8.6x to create a similar setup?
For example, Line Group, Hunt List, or Hunt Pilot?
Of course, I will not be using Attendant Console because that is gone to. So in the end I just want a caller to hit a CTI directory number and go (round-robin) until someone answers the phone.
Yes ..they should really be on Call Center for this.

Hunt Pilot, Hunt List & Line Group can achieve the same in CUCM 8.x too.
