Etherchannel performance 4507RE

I have a 4 port etherchannel configured to talk to a 4 port etherchannel on NETAPP server. The NETAPP server seems to be distributing traffic across all the links. The 4507 does not. It appears that traffic is going across only 2 of the for links

Port-channel10 is up, line protocol is up (connected)

Currently using as my channel LB config - traffic to the server is from both vlan local to the server and not

All you can really do is to play with the load balancing algorithim and choose the one that gives you the best balance. Are you sure all 4 ports are active in that etherchannel ? Verify with show etherc summ" .

Flows with the same src,dst,port will hash to the same link on an etherchannel. It is an expected behavior.

Understood, but the port channel is built to a server and I am sure there are more than two flows going to it. Unfortunately the 4507RE does not support netflow and won't be able to provide any flow statistics. I will try and get that info from the server team next week..

Copy of the active server connections. Server IP is 69.38 and all clients connect via port 445. Is this a bug?

Can you post configuration portion from the logical interface (port-channel) and physical interface members?

As well as 'show etherchannel summary'?

From the Cisco side, It turns out the output counters on two of the 4507 switchports were not incrememting. Also, the NETAPP vendor identified a bad interface card which was replaced.
