The Customer asked to configure CUCME 8.5 to let him join an active call from shared line but without the calling and the called prarties know that .
Is that possible ? How can i configure that feature

The feature you seem to be explaining is BARGE

You can but in, but the others on the call WILL know

You may be referring to call listening. Most call recodering applications (a third party software application) support that.
