MeetingPlace with WebEx Design

Hi everyone,

We're looking at moving from a MeetingPlace 8 audio only with meetingplace scheduling deployment to a MeetingPlace 8.5 audio and web conferencing with MeetingPlace scheduling and WebEx MCS node.

Can anyone see any issues with this? Hoping for some people who have experienced this deployment to cast their eyes over this.

There are a few things we're trying to achieve:

  1. Keep existing bookings from 8.0 when migrating to 8.5, so we're staying with MeetingPlace scheduling.
  2. Utilise dual audio-vendor support. This is to allow efficient use of our paid ports, internal meetings would only use MP audio ports but external meetings would use WebEx for audio and thus use the global WebEx dial in numbers.
  3. Internal only meetings would use the WebEx MCS node only and not use up our WebEx ports. External meetings would allow external users to view the WebEx and this would use the WebEx ports.
  4. Single Sign On
