Email Templaet in UCCX 8.5

Dear All,

We have creted template in Cisco Desktop Administrator, we haev created the template in two three paragrah, but when we select the template at CAD, all words of that tempalte showing in one template.

For example

Dear Customer,

Thanks u very much for contacting Dubai Chamber.

BR

Dubai Chamber

But at CAD it is showing like following.

For example

Dear Customer,Thanks u very much for contacting Dubai Chamber.BRDubai Chamber

But in CAD it is showing on one Paragraph

Hi,

Could you please remove the blank lines between the paragraphs and aslo ensure that the total characters are not exceeding the 1000 limt, and also remove all the special characters in the email (subject\body) and check it once.

Hi Team,

TAC told me this is bug is 8.5(1) SU2 and will be fixed in SU3 which I think will be relaesed today.
