RV042 Load Balance not working?

You don't need to add default static route on these routers as it will conflict. If there is a WAN address active on RV042 the router will specify that WAN address as default route automatically. If they are two wan address then it will load (round robin) balance between the two.

Well, I'm only using Load Balancing because I was having trouble with failover.  One pipe is much larger than the other so it is preferred for all traffic.  Thus the "need" part.  But, if there is some issue with doing this then ... ?

I rather expect BOTH WAN interfaces to be "active" but do you mean by this "selected by the load balancer"?
