Solved: Cisco TelePresence EX90 Upgrade

hello Folks,

I'm trying to upgrade the codec from TC4.2.1.265253 to TC 5.1

Do you guys have any recommendations or guidance on how to upgrade the codec properly

I'm requesting the release key form cisco as well

which one do i need to apply first the upgrade or the releae key

do you guys have a document that will tell me how to do the upgrade process?

i can't find one

Hi there are several ways of upgrading. You can do it first and foremost from the endpoints webinterface. You type in the releasekey and upload the software there and press upgrade.

Wait for the process to finish its going to reboot. All configs are perserved and you should now be on the new version. The wevinterface is reachable on http://endpoint-ip

The release key can be typed after the upgrade as well
