login issue with CUEAC

Hi there,     we have build a new CUEAC server with one operator license.   try to accesss via attendant console installed in a PC but experiences folloing error message:  You do not have the correct license to runt this product.    


Initially we can login via the attendant console which was used first to connect to the CUEAC server and do testing, but when login via other Attendant console installed in other PC, comes with above issue... Please help... thanks in advance...

1. Is that the exact error message seen, if not could you post a screenshot of it ?


2. What is the CUEAC version ?
