Login Failed error message

Getting a Login failed due to registration failure error message.  Use the same creds on a machine outside of our firewall/proxy and it works.  Are there any addresses/ports I need to have unblocked in our proxy/firewall?  It seems to hang when it calls "Registering at proxy.global.jabber.com"
