Let me go on the record and say that I'm thrilled to see a partnership between Cisco and Service Leadership.  Our company has been working with Paul Dippell and the team at Service Leadership for the past couple of years and our time and financial investment has paid dividends time and again.  They truly are a great company to partner with and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I also agree with this comment - Paul Dippell and his team are excellent. I have attended multiple workshops lead by Paul at ITNation. Always come away with gems to work with - check out another tool Paul has created for Cisco.
