Jitter with non-Cisco phone

Hi all.  I have one phone that is reporting multiple instances of  voip calls on a LAN as "sounding like it is under water", "jittery", etc.

The port has the following configuration.

switchport trunk allowed vlan 1,2

switchport mode trunk

switchport nonegotiate

srr-queue bandwidth share 25 10 45 20

queue-set 2

priority-queue out

mls qos trust cos

auto qos voip trust

spanning-tree portfast trunk

spanning-tree bpduguard enable

Are there any issues with how my port is configured?  This port has a non Cisco phone attached with a dscp value of 46.  All uplink ports are crystal clear without drops/errors.
