my company want deploy a call center with multi-customer（hosted）

now i config ICM and CVP but if only one hosted ICM run ，the CVP is OK

if multi-customer run on the ICM ，the peripheral of CVP is configured---activing---active---configured----activing----active---.....

who can tell me how to config ICM and CVP to support hosted
