This occured in my Lab Env. while testing (CVP all in one box).
After a forced delete of the Reporting Server, the Call Server state did not change from the Down state to the Partial or Up state.
Error : Opsconsole Control Center: Call Server status is down.
I was Unable to fix this issue, finally reinstalled the components. (even the reimage.bat didn't work)
Can someone explain the possible reason ??
