Which time to make sure is right

Hi Guys,

I have a little issue with this report:


Was the server down at 23:54 or at 22:12?

Now the other thing, is that the time zones are not working right for the Event Date/Time on the email message is off by an hour.

Hi Chris,

The time reported on the left is the time that the event was submitted to the cloud. The time on the right is the time that the ON100 recorded the outage. The times can be different if the ON100 loses WAN connectivity. It will continue to record events, and later when the WAN connectivity is restored it will send any queued events up to the portal.
