So I just went onto that site in onplus, and I am having some bad issues...


I have 4 copies of the same device.  Is there some problems going on?


I have this problem too.

Hi Chris,

Can you please take a look at these 4 devices and see if they appear as different MAC addresses? Currently OnPlus uses a device's MAC address as the unique device identifier. When a device changes MAC addresses or responds from multiple MAC addresses, we would see multiple devices be discovered like this. Part of the discovery process tries to determine if multiple MAC addresses are from the same device (such as a switch or router that might have multiple ports), but in this case it appears that the discovery process isn't finding this to be the case.

Also, can you determine what type of device this is? The info tab inside one of these devices might provide some clues if you aren't familiar with that network.

Three of these had the wrong mac address (although the 3 were all identical mac).  This is a Windows Server, so I would be hard pressed to say windows changed the mac address, but I will check with my staff to see if we updated firmware or anything.
