IPC 2500 Upgrade Problem

Hi ,

I am trying to upgrade IPC 2500 ( firmware 1.1.1 to firmware 2.1.2) by upgrade utility ,

But the upgrade utility can't see the camera ( I connected it Back to Back & connected it to the same switch with my laptop ).

Any Help ?

Hi,

I found a 2600 running 2.4.0 which the upgrade utility can't see.  Camera and web interface seems to work fine, reloaded 2.4.0 firmware using Mantenance / Firmware webpage without issue.  Upgrade Utility on the same subnet as camera.  Didn't see this in Cisco's Bug Tracker, any comments?
