Hi Ram ,
If your ASA has the SW version up to 8.2 ( included ) , the same.

No ASA sw version is 8.4

What does the access-list 100 contain ? It's applied on interface outside , interface inside , and on the source NAT inside. Is there any reason ?

It is applied on the interface outside This access list is used to provide internet access to inside user
