no access-class 23 in

Hi guys

I am having trouble to telnet into a cisco router remotetly.

This is part of the basic config I sent to be loaded

username cisco privilege 15 password 0 cisco

!

!

line con 0

password cisco

line aux 0

password cisco

line vty 0 4

password cisco

login local

transport input all

!

I can ping the router WAN address however I cant telnet. I was reviewing another configs which were successful and hadnt the no access-class 23 in

Any suggestions,please

If this is a new router, some of the defaults are "access-class 23 in" and the acl that it references is "access-list 23 permit 10.10.10.0 0.0.0.255" (or something like that). Is that what you're asking?
