I am having more and more customers running Unity Connection ask me when Cisco will support message sync with Google Mail instead of Exchange or Office365.
Is this on the roadmap as a possibility in the near future?
Thanks in advance,

Roadmap questions cannot be discussed here, engage your AM for this.
You can always open PERs so the BU considers this as more customers look for it. Your AM can also help you with the PERs.

This already exists today through an ecosystem partner.

I haven't tried it firsthand, just heard the sales pitch.

I am running Esna in a production environment with about 2500 users and it's okay. Has some issues where services need to be reset, but otherwise it delivers what it promises.
CUC 9+ says it has HTML notifications.

Hi,
I'm using Esna iLink For Cisco in lab enviroment.
I'm using UCM 8.6.2 and CUPS 8.6.3.
Sometimes is working fine and another isn't working. I don't know if it's due to the Google Crome Extension or my UCM and CUPS server.
What services have you to restart?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
