Campaing Outbound

Hello Guys, I test campaing Outbound with transfer to IVR but I get this result:

CallResult: Codes and Values

27 Call disconnected by the carrier or the network while ringing

This work fine to PSTN, to cisco ip phone,but to site remote do not work.

can anyone tell me what can I check?

can you please give us more details about "site remote"?

We would like to see the topology, codecs used, etc.
