High CPU utilization

I have some events where the CPU utilization in a cluster switches of WS-3750 is going to 100%, the process with the major utilization of CPU is the "hulc running con".

Someone have an idea of the reason?

Unless you are going to furnish us with more information, no.

What is the IOS version you are running?

NOTE:  A response of "12.2" is not going to help.  If you are unsure, please post the COMPLETE output of the command "sh version".

Oh gosh.  This is an ancient IOS.  Can you try to upgrade the IOS to something more recent like 12.2(55)SE5 perhaps?
