How did you end up in this issue? Was there any upgrade or any sort of operations executed on the module before the issue?

Anyways, Can you go to failed Sup which is in 'rommon' mode and enter "priv" command in to get into privilege mode and try to issue erase command to the whole NVRAM?

Just as the log message said, the NVRAM is corrupted and couldn't read the IOS.  You need to copy the IOS from the supervisor card in Slot 6 onto a CF (this is by far the fastest method) and inserting this CF into the card in slot 5.  Console into the slot 5 supervisor card and force this card to boot from CF.

Dear Leolaohoo

The image file in the CF at both supervisors is identical. As I know, IOS image is located at CF, and how IOS booting is related to NVRAM corruption?

P.S. That switch wasn't powered up for 4 years (it was ordered 4 years ago and only now powered up)
