Lock the initial stream view in a Surveillance 5010 Camera

Hi everyone

I have installed a surveillance 5010 camera in a costumer.

When you connect to the IP camera using a browser, the camera shows you a stream view with the video, login, etc.

This costumer requierd when anyone connect to the camera, the camera's firmware asks for credentials instead of show the stream view directly whitout login.

I can create a visualization user But I don't konw how I can desactivate the visualization screen. I have looked for information and check the camera's option, but I haven't found anything.

Note: I am not using the surveillance manager server.

Hi Again.

I have anothers problems with the camera.

1. The camera defocused itself.

2. The browser crash some times. ¿With browser and version do you know is stable?

I gonna open a Cisco case, but I think the firmware is no too stable.
