client outlook unable to connect on 465 smtps port on exchange 2010

from internet client usint outlook is unable to connect on 465 port . i opened port on firewall over a public ip on outside interface. does any body have idea to fix this issue.

Wats the software version your are using on the firewall and can you share the configuration???

i am using 7.0

this is the issue with the port please check on port 465 need to enable command fixup protocol ? but i am not able to find impact of this command on firewall and other services running behind firewall
