The reports I obtain using the Web Tracking tool take a lot of time when I want to export the report. Sometimes so much time that I have to log in again to the WSA, in that cases, the report is lost.
Some weeks ago, it was not so slow; I think it started when somebody asked for importing a lot (near 4) reports at the same time in the same device.
Do you know how can I check what is going on? I thought about reeboting it, but it is not so easy because it serves for a lot of users night and day.
Can I reload that process?
