Unsupported Baud settings on a 2960

I seem to have managed to set a 2960 to 230400 baud in the boot loader. Is there anyway to reset the variables in the boot loader? Maybe a set of pins to short? I can't access the console port reguardless of what I set the rate too. I've tried both the USB console cable and a USB to serial. Is there anything I can do short of an RMA?

It is little tricky, you can use aux port with xmodem commands and configure speed for the baud rate you need on line con 0 from there.....

To my knowledge the 2960 doesn't have an AUX port. Great ideal though. I've got a usb console port, serial console, management and the USB port.

Can you telnet/SSH into the appliance?

Andrew,

You may have to do a password recovery procedure on this switch. See link below. This should bypass your startup config so you can set to your normal 9600 and get into the switch. Hope this helps.
