Signalling from 7962 to Jabber (on Iphone with wireless) doesn't work.

Hi All,

I've CUCM 8.6 and Jabber 8.1 on Iphone 4s. The signalling fron Iphone from to 7962 works, the reverse not.

I saw a RST command from Iphone in response to the INVITE of CUCM.

Someone can help me ?

can you specify what does not work?

There should be no direct signaling between the endpoints, cucm is in the middle to do that.

I dial from Jabber the number of 7962 and the phone rings, but the reverse not. I've tracked the call, Iphone receive

the INVITE from CUCM, and the Iphone reply with RST. Is there something wrong in the Iphone configuration on CUCM ?

Sip profile or whatever ?

What are you hearing when you dial the extension of Jabber device?

First thing to check would be parition and CSS, make sure that the parition assigned to the Jabber's (CSF) DN is listed in CSS assigned to the IP phone.

How is the partition/CSS configuration?

Is the Jabber used as softphone or phone control, to check see if the corresponding CSF device in CUCM is registered.

CSS and partition are the same, and the phone is registered (without Digest authentication).

Is it necessary the digest authentication (I've followed the Cisco document) ?
