Hi Prashanthi,

We had CUCME Ver. 7.1.0 on Cisco 3845 Router in office so can we implement Jabber in office.

Can we do that or not?

Hi Prashant,

CUCME version 7.1.0 means Call Manager Express

Cisco Jabber is an IP telephony endpoint that is configured in Cisco Unified Communications Manager

There is a limitation in regards to platform support for Cisco Jabber for Android:

*** Telephony Integration is with Cisco Unified Communications Manager versions 6.1.5, 7.1.5, 8.0.3, 8.5, and 8.6 and below is the resource link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cumc/cisco_jabber/Android/86/Cisco_Jabber_Android_8.6.x_Admin_Guide.html#wp1307732

Hope the above helps

Thanks and Regards
