Jabber, CUPC, CUPS, OCS, and CUCM...can they play together?

Unanswered Question

Looking to configure a working OCS/CUPS environement (that has working RCC and Phone presence updates) to work with Cisco Jabber/CUPC to provide 2-way IM and Presence between CUPC/Jabber and OCS/MOC clients.  all within the same domain.  I began using this guide but can't seem to get it working:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/8_6/english/integration_notes/Federation/Intradomain_Federation/Partitioned_Intradomain_Federation.html

Is this possible?

I have this problem too.

It really depends on the interdomain policy.   IE,  joe@company.com   and jane@jabber.company.com

ere is a link to our federation docs that should help out with more details

I believe I am interested in a partitioned intradomain federation (per the link in my post), ie jane.doe@company.com - - on MOC, talking to fred.doe@company.com on Jabber or CUPC.  I have a TAC case open, but they have been investigating for days.
