Unable to install restricted version of CUCM after receiving server with preinstalled CUCM Unrestricted version from manufacturing.

Our client's server is corrupted and i need to rebuild it however i was unable to install restricted version of CUCM becuase this server is preinstalled with a CUCM Unrestricted version from manufacturing before. A retricted version of the installer is the only installer that i have. [version 8.5.1.10000-26 ]

Hi You can not install restricted version in which  server unrestricted version is installed. please refer the below linlk
