Hi Angelo,

Which country are you talking about?

Also are you using CCA to configure the system??

Cheers,

David.

Hi David,

Singapore Dial Plan

yes im using CCA to configure

I need to call USA toll free number starting 800

Regards,

Angelo

Hi Angelo,

That's not a CCA issue

Basically you will have an international dial-peer, this will cover all

destinations irrespective of the type of call tolled or toll free.

I would say with almost 100% certainty that your problem is Telco related.

Can you tell us who you are connected with and how? Is it Singtel, StarHub

or anyone of the many SIP based ITSP's??

More info can assist us in helping you get to the bottom of it....

I try to configure on the dial plan the 800 toll free number and i notice

that i can call if i remove the mobile phone number starting with 8,

but i cannot call the mobile phone starting with 8.

here in singapore the mobile phone are starting with 8 & 9.

Regards,

Angelo

were using ISDN 10 line

Hi Angelo,

What is the actual dial string you dialling?

Is it "access code - international code - international prefix - full

national number" ?

For instance 0-001-1-800600700500 ?

Hi David,

Press Line then

just dial the toll free number

800-101-2597

I try the 1-800-8486933

can call but when dial the

800-101-2597

cannot

Regards,

Angelo

Hi Angelo,

You need to dial the 1 because it is an international call and number, if

you don't Singtel won't know which country you are calling, this is normal

and is the same for everyone around the globe.

Hi David,

I try dial 1 first but i goes to other toll free numbers.

example 800-101-2597 is the correct number but if i add

1-800-101-2597 is different already.

Regards,

Angelo

Hi Angelo,

Try dialling the following: 001- 1-800-101-2597

Can you please do a "debug idsn q931" and post the results please, and if

possible post your configuration with all usernames and passwords removed.
