Hi,

We are running CUCM 7.1.5 and UCCX 7.0.(2). I want to have some kind of notification(Email, agent, phone screen, ect...) for supervisors or agents when call is in queue and agents are in "logged out" or "not ready" state. Is this possible?

Hi

You can do some basic notificaiton (dialog boxes, sounds etc) from the Supervisor app by configuring 'workflows' (in one of the dropdown menus in the app). It only looks at basic queue depth/queue time stats though.

Anything more complicated would need to be done in your scripts - i.e. use a 'Get Reporting Stat' step to collect agent state info, callers in queue etc and then use a 'send email' step to send the notification.
