Hi Dani,

- When using EM, you don't need adding device in OCS tel uri configuration.

tel:XXXXXXXXX;phone-context=dialstring;partition=YourPartition

for example :

tel:604104441;phone-context=dialstring;partition=PT_Internal

- When your users log on to other PC, they must manually redefine tel uri configuration. then sign out - sign in OCS.

- When your users log in EM in other phone, they must sign out -sign in OCS.

Again, Intercom on EM and your RCC should work together.

Hi Dani,

Have you tried to configure using this tel uri format :

tel:XXXXXXXXX;phone-context=dialstring;device=SEP28940FXXXXXX;partition=YourPartition

for example :

tel:604104441;phone-context=dialstring;device=SEP28940F7E8A9B;partition=PT_Internal

and make sure your DN in Device Profile same as your tel uri defined in OCS.

the Intercom should work with RCC.

Thanks

Novri

Hi Guys,

I got a similar problem too. I have a RCC integration working fine between CUCM 8.6 and OCS R1 as long as EM profile has a primary line (line 1). As soon as I had second line on the phone in the same partition as the first line the integration breaks and OCS says "cannot connect to the phone system".  My line URI has no MAC address or partition configured. It looks like this:

tel:8001;phone-context=dialstring

Working setup

Line 1: 8001 in INTERNAL

Not working setup

Line 1: 8001 in INTERNAL

Line 2: 9999 in INTERNAL  (this line is just to collect after hours voicemail and will not be used make or receive calls)

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks
Aamir
