Hello,

I'm troublshooting a user authentication issue and I want to run a debug command in the cli.

Is there any command where i can see information about what info gets into the ACS?

Thanks,

Here you go:

acs/admin# acs-config

Escape character is CNTL/D.

Username: ACS-GUI-USERNAME

Password: ACS-GUI-PASSWORD

You may run the below listed debugs commands for users in internal store and users in external store.

acs/admin(config-acs)# debug-log runtime level debug

acs/admin(config-acs)# debug-adclient enable

Now you can test few authentications so that we can have logs generated for that client.

After that you may check the live logs on the ACS by using below listed commands:

show acs-logs details  --> Show you all the available logs files

acs/admin# show acs-logs filename acsRuntime.log ---> You may see logs for any specific file.

Hope this hepls.

Regards,

Jatin
