Hello,
When we try to do a consult transfer using the BLF keys on console, nothing is happening. This is apparent only on newer H/W version 2.1.0. The firmware used is 7.4.9c.
I have got a SPA525 on 2.0.0 h/w version in my lab and its working fine on it and Its working fine on SPA50x as well.
Has anyone else got this issue. If this a bug in newer Hardware version, when do you expect to be fixed.

Hello,
I contacted the support centre and they confirmed that there is a new firmware released in April.Release 7.5.1
I have downloaded that and tested it and can confirm that it has resolved the below issue
