Unity express 8.6 mailbox in use

Hi Mike,

check that extension(mailbox extension) in CME and make sure that the

extesion is assigned to exact owner of  the mailbox.

Guys thanks for the replies. The mailbox did work at one time so phone and id was okay. I tried the unlock and still no good a reboot if the Unity express fixed.

I have weird things going on. Busy lamp field on a 7961 with sidecar worked for two months and now it has stopped 

I will reboot router,,,

It is running CME 8.8
