Hi,
Our customer is requesting 20 Jabber clients and user license for Telepresence. Could anybody advise which are the licenses for this?

Are you using the Jabber for TelePresence client? If so, you'll need the "Movi" Option Keys for the TMS/VCS server; which is measured by the number of concurrent registered clients at one time.
If you're using Jabber for Windows/Mac/iPhone/Android, these are licensed through the CUCM server, in which case this document helps explain the licensing for them:

If you are looking for Jabber license for Cisco TelePresence Movi or Cisco TelePresence Jabber Video (same product just re-brand), then you will need “Cisco TelePresence Movi” if you are running Legacy TMS Provisioning Agent.
This has renamed to “Cisco TMS Provisioning Extension” option key on new TMS Provisioning Extension but still use same option key just shows different name depend on your TMS version and provisioning configuration.
If you are looking for 20 user license, then I believe 25 clients/devices will most fit in your needs/requirement.
