SG200 switch driver not working

I have tried the "Cisco Small Business 200 Series Managed Switch" driver on both an SG200-08 and an SG200-50 switch and on both I get an error that the "Selected Device Driver is Invalid".


Is this not the switches that this driver is referring to?  Is there a setting that has to be enabled on the switch for this to work?

Have you tried deleting the SG200 and adding it again?

I have retried the driver several times. Or are you saying to delete the switch and let the OnPlus rediscover it?

Yes, try deleting and the switch.

Hi Derek,


After some additional research the SG200 is currently not in our supported devices. It is on our list for future support. Thus, the device driver should not have been listed. We will be removing the device driver from the list. I apologize for the confusion.

Derek - This discussion has brought up some thoughts about support for the SG200. Can you tell me the firmware rev the SG200 is on?

My SG200-08 switches are running 1.0.2.0.


My SG200-50 is running 1.0.0.19 (just realized a few days ago that a newer version is available but haven't had time to update yet.)

Just noticed that my SG200-50 has automatically discovered a driver now and after entering the login credentials, it appears to be picking up some additional info. 


However, my SG200-08 switches haven't picked up the driver.  Do you know if these will be added or not?
