System returned to ROM by address error at PC 0x0, address 0x0 on 3560 switch

                   We have observed that one of the 3560 switch was rebooted with "System returned to ROM by address error at PC 0x0, address 0x0"

                    Please explain us about this erro message.

                    I have attached the sh version and log details.

That problem may reflect a hardware failure or it might be a software bug. In either case the best option would be to open a case with Cisco TAC.

We have this issue too.

Anyone can confirm if this is a hardware or software issue?

Gee.  All it took was to read the first line of your attachment ... 

 

Upgrade your switch to a more stable IOS version, like 12.2(55)SE9.  The IOS this appliance is currently running is one of the most buggiest IOS I've tested.
