UC560 could not make more than 3 party conference

Unanswered Question

hi i have the UC560 with 2x 4-FXO ports.

uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.150-1.XA

I am unable to make more than 3 party conference call.

Please advise on what needs to be configured to do so. Or is it even supported?

Thanks

I have this problem too.

This is a supported configuration and requires that you set up hardware based conferencing on your UC560.

If this is a CCA configured box you'll need to go to configure>telephony>voice features>conference and enable multiparty conferencing.

If this is a CLI box you'll have a bit more work to do, but still fairly straight forward.

Hi. Thx for the valuable info.

I am using it as a CLI box, before I proceed to configure the hardware conference.

How can I tell that my dsp is sufficient for eg 4-5 party conference?

Currently I have 2 line card of 4port fxo. Thus a total of 8fxo lines.

Please advise
