TLS Negotiation Error in log file

Hello

In a costumer VCS control, I find these error messages:

09:28:53 tvcs: Event="Inbound TLS Negotiation Error" Service="SIP" Src-ip="145.39.95.181" Src-port="49086" Dst-ip="145.39.219.215" Dst-port="5061" Detail="tlsv1 alert unknown ca" Protocol="TLS" Level="1" UTCTime="2012-06-08 07:28:53,226"

145.39.95.181 is the address of a new registered endpoint (SIP & H323) this unit can communicate no issue there.

I can not find the reason for the errror message can some one tel me where to look to solve this.

Ideally TLS related issue points to some sort of firewall, see if you have any ASA firewalls blocking any kind of traffic on port 5061

What other possibilities?

We have some endpoints that register with SIP and H323 just fine, but produce the same error reported above.

VCS is 7.2.2

tvcs: Event="Inbound TLS Negotiation Error" Service="SIP" Src-ip="Endpoint PUB ADDRESS" Src-port="58186" Dst-ip="[VCSEIPADDRESS] " Dst-port="5061" Detail="tlsv1 alert unknown ca" Protocol="TLS " Level="1" UTCTime="2014-01-07 18:08:23,897"

Thank you
