Hi All,
When I tried to make an outbound call using CUPC(ver 8), it was failed getting message from call manager that “your call cannot be completed”
All the respective screen shots are attched.
Highly appreciate if someone can throw some lights towards this…

That message means your CSS/partitions do not allow you to call whatever you're trying to call, adjust them as necessary.

Java,
I am facing issue only while dialing thru CUPC. Calls are maturing from the IP Phones without any issues. I felt issue is with dialing rule.
Please advice..

Did you apply the cop file to generate the TFTP files? This must be done after any change to the dial rules..
