Hi All
I have a new employee that is tring to log into CUCM and Unity Connection with his AD information. He can log into CUCM with no problem.
But when he goes to log into Unity Connection he can't log in. Is there anything that I need to do specifc to allow him to loginj with his AD
information. Thanks in advance for the help and have a great weekend.

Just to clarify; the user can't login to;
- PCA
- IMAP
- Phone (TUI)

He can log into the phone and CUCM but none of the others that you mentioned.
