Sx300 & Sx500-Flash related Informataion.

Hi All,

We need some flash related information for Sx300 and Sx 500 switches

1) How many flash devices are supported ? Shall we add removeable flash devices.If yes, How to get the flash related information via MIB?

2) Is there any alternative mib for CISCO-FLASH-MIB ?

Please help to get the above information.

Hi Anto,

I emailed you, but the 300 and 500 seies , unlike some of the traditional cisco routers and switches come with fixed flash, sufficient for at least one new and one old firmware release.

MIBs can be obtained from the cisco.com public download area for these specific models.
