We are running CER 7.0 and have just added 3 new swtitches at one of our sites. The switches are 2960 running 12.2(55)se5. We have added the new switches to the LAN Switch Details and ran Locate Switch Port (on CER). When we look at the Switch Ports, only one of the new switches appears (in CER). We SSH into CER and can ping all of the new switches as well as ran the utils snmp get command (which ran fine). What do we need to do to get the other swith port to appear?

So, the configured SNMP are correct? Is there an ACL that could block SNMP? The CER logs are helpful.
Did you validate that this switch type is compatible with your version of CER?

The switch type was not compatible with our version of CER. Thanks.
